12th May 2009 - Bye Dan - Hello DORIS! After 4 months of hard work, our volunteer Dan has left LA-UK after completing his work placement with Chichester Uni.... this is very sad for all of us - HOWEVER!!! The good news is that Kaitlyn has joined us on a similar work placement fron Northbrook College. Also fondly known as DORIS, she is working with us for the next couple of months and is LOVIN IT already!

12th February 2009 - Arundel Castle Friday 'A' Crew had an amazing time at Arundel Castle on Friday. Her Grace Georgina showed us around some amazing sights - including the dungeons, a bed that Queen Victoria kipped in, and beautiful paintings worth more than our minibus. The knights in shining armour, axes and chinese execution swords were particularly fascinating. After an unforgettable tour and lovely tea and cakes by the fire, the group left the Castle to a layer of brilliant snow. It doesn't get much better than that. Our thanks and gratitude go to Georgina and her staff at the Castle for a great time.
12th February 2009 - Worthing Ice Rink! The temporary Rink at Worthing (until 1st March) has been an instant hit with us! The nearest ice rinks are Gosport and Guildford, which prove too far to travel for our Crew after school activities. So when we heard that a Rink at Worthing was open until the end of the month, how we celebrated. (With a bag of cheese and onion and a Capri Sun). The Tuesday Crew all gave their experience ten out of ten. Luke got in trouble for chatting up too many girls, and Rawdon won the prize for stacking it more times than anyone else. What a laugh!
