THE LA-UK TEAM

Mark Yates, LA-UK Project Manager
I was born in 1975, married Becky in 2004 and we have a little girl called Red who was born in January 2007. I have worked in Littlehampton since October 2002. Since I was 19 I have worked for various charities and/or churches running activities for children and young people. I love my job, I love to write and I love CFC. Here is a photo of me with Tommy P... we are doing our rock star pose.
Jim Fenlon
I am Gentleman Jim... and I am available................. available to LA-UK that is, to drive minibuses, chip in when I am needed and make everyone cups of tea. If you are lucky, my mum will invite you over for a Sunday roast. I also am enjoying a blossoming romance with Jenni - the Support Co-ordinator for Young Carers in West Sussex.
Mark Oliver
Mark is registered with LA-UK as a casual youth worker - AND he can drive a minibus. He likes it when people call him by his full name in a French accent: Marc Olivier. Here he is photographed with Zack burning burgers at the Summer Soccer School BBQ.
Tori Hunter
Tori Tori Hallelujah!

25 year old Tori is our Youth Inclusion Worker! Her aim in life is to get to know Carl Lopez from Spurgeons Rushden Hub a bit better.
Shaun Parker
American Football Fan Shaun loves his Texas Hold 'Em poker, his car and James Bond books. On Friday nights he likes nothing better than curling up on the sofa with his cat Fred, drinking Ovaltine and watching Chick Flicks. Woo-hoo!!!
Phil!
Phil volunteers on Mondays AND Fridays. He is one of the nicest people you\'ll EVER meet - FACT! Here he is pictured with a few hooligans from Friday A Crew
Dickey!
Dickey volunteers on Thursday Crew. In this photo he is wearing his mums pink shorts. I tried to tell him that he can\'t sport a £100 pair of Air Max and wear his mums shorts with them, but he didn\'t listen.
Fran!
Fran volunteers on Thursday Crew. A keen para glider, Fran also works in the local schools supporting many young people. When she isn't working, volunteering or para gliding, Fran spends her time driving tanks, playing paintball and bungee jumping from skyscrapers.
Emma!
Emma volunteered for 4 months in 2008, about 25 hours a week. She now has a 'proper' job pulling pints down a local pub where she gets chatted up by most customers. When she isn't pulling pints, she is clubbing in Brighton, down the park playing football, or catching up on sleep. She still volunteers on Crew when she can!!!
Clare!
Clare volunteers on Friday A Crew. She spends most of her time ignoring all of us and collecting shells on the beach instead. Then, when she gets home, she uses the shells to make pretty mosaics. Here she is doing what she does best....
Liz!
Elizabeth likes hip hop, graffiti, wii-ing, gangsta rap and body popping. She volunteers on Fridays and sleeps for the rest of the week. Here she is driving our bus with young Bob (otherwise known as 007 because he is a secret agent) on the way back from an afternoon of ice creams on the beach.
Ali
Ali V is the LA-UK team administrator. She jogs, she drives a souped up boy racing mitsubishi and she loves french cheese. SHE ROCKS!
Joe!
Joe helps on a Friday. He is the most intelligent teenager I have EVER had the pleasure to meet. I predict that by the time he is 25 he'll be a millionaire and donate vast amounts of money to Spurgeons. Here he is giving us his 'WESTSIDE' pose...
Edi Edi Edi Edi!
Edi works for Spurgeons running the D-Side project in Durrington, and helping out at LA-UK when we need his support! Check this out:
